The graphic, almost geometric treatment of the chicken and basket gives the piece a distinctive period folk-art quality.

Presented in its original dark-stained wood frame with a deep molded profile and naturally aged finish. The neutral ground and restrained colors make this an especially good accent for an English country, farmhouse, cottage, rustic or Ralph Lauren–inspired interior.

The reverse retains its older wood backing and hanging wire. Vintage condition with age-related wear, rubbing and small losses to the wood frame, as shown in photographs. These have been left untouched and contribute to its authentic vintage character. See less
