The outside opal color layer of the vase changes depending on the light, from light pink, to a lavender / bluish color on a dark background. The large bubbles show the inner layers of color, so when you see it in sunlight (photos with the shadows) the colors intensify. It has a scalloped rim, with pulled flared out tips on the sides. The vase still retains two original labels, as shown. There is a blue and silver "Murano Glass - Made In Italy" label underneath, and a "Venetian Glass - Castle - Murano" black and gold label on the front of the vase. A gorgeous piece for any decor. Would make a great display piece on any vanity, coffee table or credenza. Fill it with fresh flowers or just showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Mid-century era. Measures 10" tall x 8 3/4" across the top rim x 4 1/2" wide.
