Vintage Drexel Heritage lowboy dresser from the Chippendale collection, crafted in flame mahogany veneer.
Each of the seven dovetailed drawers are faced in richly figured flame mahogany with crossbanded borders and ebonized line inlay. The banded top shows off a sweeping flame pattern and canted corners that echo the fluted corner columns. A shaped bracket base and pierced brass batwing pulls complete the look, and the center drawer carries a decorative escutcheon.
With a generous 66-inch width, this dresser offers ample storage for a primary bedroom and works just as well as a media console, entry piece, or dining room server. It pairs beautifully with traditional, grandmillennial, and curated vintage interiors.
Good vintage condition with only minor signs of wear. See pictures for details.
A matching tall chest is also available separately.
