The set includes two water goblets and two 8-ounce flat soda tumblers, all featuring Cambridge's finely detailed No. 704 plate-etched decoration. Sometimes referred to by collectors as the "Windows Border" pattern, the design combines graceful scrolling ornament with a distinctive architectural border.

The water goblets have flared optic-paneled bowls set on simple, elegant stems, while the flat soda tumblers repeat the same etched decoration in a straight-sided form. The rich amber glass beautifully emphasizes both the optic treatment and the intricate etched pattern.

Produced by the Cambridge Glass Company of Cambridge, Ohio, Etch No. 704 was introduced during the 1920s and was offered on a variety of Cambridge table and stemware forms in several colors, including amber.

A wonderful small collection of American Elegant glass that works equally well for cocktails and entertaining or displayed together in a bar or glassware collection.
