Made in Italy, this piece features a silver-toned aluminum urn-style body intricately engraved with a grand heraldic family crest flanked by roaring lions. The bowl is dramatically cradled by two sculptural brass-toned antler handles that lead down to a sturdy, tiered square brass pedestal base. A perfect statement piece for holiday entertaining, rustic lodge styling, or eclectic bar displays. It functions beautifully as an active wine chiller, ice bucket, or a unique table centerpiece planter. It stands at 9.5 inches high, 9.3/8 deep and 9 3/8 inches wide. It was made during the 1960's. I was able to purchase this piece from a dear friend who deals in this type of vintage collectibles here in the Treasure Valley. See less
