I purchased 9 of these at a warehouse for The Ritz Carlton's remodel sale in Dallas. I've sold all but this one. As you can see in the images, the black square base sits on top of a solid brass base, the obelisk column is adorned with solid brass pieces top and bottom. This lamp is even more stunning in person.
