Each chair features a deeply sculpted wooden seat and broad plank backrest secured with prominent iron nails, emphasizing their robust and functional construction.

The angular frames are softened by elegantly scrolled armrests, while carved geometric details enrich the supports and legs. Particularly distinctive are the front stretchers, decorated with carved rosettes flanking a shield-shaped cartouche, lending the chairs a subtle heraldic and folk-art character.

The natural wood grain, warm patina, and handcrafted irregularities contribute to their sculptural presence. Their strong, primitive forms and refined decorative details make them ideal statement pieces in Brutalist, Mediterranean, wabi-sabi, rustic, or contemporary interiors.

Both chairs remain in good vintage condition, displaying a beautiful aged patina and minor wear consistent with age and use.

Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear, minor surface marks, and natural variations in the wood. Structurally sound and ready for use. See less
