Hand-forged wrought-iron rose tree floor candle holder, made by a skilled blacksmith.
Every root is individually hammered and scrolled, so the piece looks as though it grew up out of the ground.
Climbing vines wind up the trunk, set with hand-cut leaves featuring chiseled veins and twisted stems. A forged rose blooms partway up the trunk. At the top, the trunk branches into two arching limbs: one crowned with a large, fully open rose built from individually forged, ruffled petals, the other with a smaller, half-closed bud. A candle holder sits at the crown.
This is real forge work, not a casting. Every petal, leaf, and tendril shows tool marks and hand-finished edges. The piece has a weathered pewter-to-rust patina.
Separates into three sections for easy moving, storage, and shipping. It reassembles quickly and stands securely on its root base.
