Elegant vintage Frederick Cooper brass floor lamp featuring a tall tapered column, trumpet-form base, dual pull-chain sockets, circular ring finial, and its original deep green painted drum shade.
The lamp retains a clearly stamped “F. COOPER” mark on the shade fitting, confirming the maker attribution.
The brass finish has developed a warm aged patina that gives the piece substantial traditional and Hollywood Regency character. The broad green shade creates a dramatic contrast against the brass and gives the lamp a tailored, decorator-quality presence.
The lamp has been tested and is working.
The original painted shade shows two visible chips/losses to the painted surface, which are shown in the listing photos. Aside from those areas and light age-appropriate wear, the lamp presents beautifully and remains structurally sound.
