An elegant antique carved giltwood bench featuring an ornate scrolling foliate frame and gracefully curved cabriole legs, newly upholstered in sumptuous deep plum velvet.
The generously padded seat features dramatic deep button tufting with crystal-style accents, creating a rich, jewel-toned contrast against the beautifully aged giltwood frame. Intricate hand-carved scroll and foliate detailing surrounds the apron on all sides, with wonderful age and patina retained throughout.
Recently reupholstered and ready for use, this substantial statement bench works beautifully at the foot of a bed, in a dressing room, entryway or as decorative seating.
