This elegant loveseat, part of their Historical James River Plantations collection, beautifully showcases classic 1800's design proportions, making it a sophisticated addition to a formal living room, primary suite, or entry parlor.
The frame is constructed from rich, high-quality solid mahogany featuring an inviting arched backrest and smoothly contoured, sloping arms.
The front corner facings of the armrests are adorned with striking, decorative birdseye maple veneer inset panels, adding a brilliant contrast to the deep wood tones. The piece is supported by finely carved fluted columns that seamlessly continue down into elegant, tapering reeded legs ending in traditional arrow feet.
Upholstered in a luxurious, traditional silk-blend damask fabric featuring classic vertical stripes in soft cream, pale gold, and subtle rose/sage accents.
A formal, continuous border of brass nailhead tacks frames the lower apron and the front faces of the arms, perfectly complementing its historic aesthetic.
