The cup features a tall, slightly tapering form with a flared rim and a short foot, accented with double blue bands at the rim and base. The exterior is covered in a dense, scrolling blue and white vine and floral pattern, with large stylized blooms and curling leaves. A prominent, lobed cartouche is reserved on each side. The main cartouche features a hand-painted famille rose scene of an orchid (兰花) growing from a golden-yellow rockery, with slender green leaves and delicate pink buds, a classic motif symbolizing elegance and nobility. The reverse cartouche bears a four-character inscription in black calligraphy reading "空谷幽兰" (Kong Gu You Lan), which translates to "Orchid in a Hidden Valley," accompanied by two small red seal marks. The interior is glazed in a smooth, glossy white. The base bears a square iron-red seal mark reading "清代珍藏" (Qing Dynasty Collection), indicating it is a vintage revival piece. A refined and collectible piece for tea enthusiasts.
