This is a charming vintage porcelain teacup, decorated in the classic blue and white (青花) palette. The cup features a deep, rounded bowl form with a slightly flared rim, a short foot decorated with a key-fret (leiwen) border, and a band of stylized lappets above the base. The exterior is painted in underglaze blue against a creamy white ground with a continuous, flowing design of stylized "feather" or acanthus-like leaves and scrolling vines. The center of each main motif features a stylized flower head with radiating petals, surrounded by feathery, curled leaves and tendrils. The interior base features a matching circular medallion with the same feather and floral design. The base bears a six-character underglaze blue Qianlong seal mark reading "大清乾隆年製" (Made in the Great Qing Qianlong Period), indicating it is a vintage revival piece in the Qianlong style. A refined and collectible piece for tea enthusiasts.
