Introduced in 2001, model #2129 features a tall, elongated silhouette with a rounded lower body, long tapering neck and distinctive swirl-optic pattern traveling through the glass. The optical treatment beautifully amplifies the shifting color and gives the vase wonderful movement as it catches the light.

This example is particularly striking in Amberina, with saturated golden amber transitioning into fiery orange-red tones. The combination of large scale, narrow neck and optic pattern makes the color especially dramatic when illuminated.

The #2129 form had a relatively short production history, and Amberina was offered for only two years of its production, making this a less commonly encountered colorway of the model.

At approximately 19 inches tall, this is a substantial Blenko vase with enough scale to work beautifully as a floor vase or as a statement piece on a large console, pedestal or mantel.
