The horse stands foursquare on a rectangular base modeled as uneven terrain, with its head held high and turned slightly to the left. It features a finely detailed mane, a well-defined bridle and harness with tassels and bells, and a saddle draped with a textured saddle blanket in a contrasting blue-green tone. The tail is styled in a traditional tied fashion. The bronze exhibits a rich, dark brown patina with extensive "tuo jin" (gold leaf) highlights scattered across the body, giving it a warm, aged character. The underside of the base bears a cast, four-character seal mark reading "乾隆年製" (Made in the Qianlong Period). This is a classic scholar's desk ornament (wenfang baijian), symbolizing strength, perseverance, and success.
