An eye-catching 1980s Art Deco Revival glass vase produced by Anchor Hocking. This sculptural piece features a stunning turquoise blue hue with an opalescent, semi-opaque quality that beautifully catches the light.
The vase is defined by its dramatic, deeply molded vertical pleating that elegantly wraps and crosses at the base, creating a fan or stylized palm frond motif reminiscent of 1930s classic Art Deco design. Its substantial size and voluptuous silhouette make it a perfect statement piece for a Hollywood Regency, Postmodern, or eclectic interior.
*** COMPLETE THE LOOK ***
As shown in the final gallery image, I also have a matching set of 4 vintage Mid-Century matte turquoise satin glass champagne/sherbet coupe glasses available in my shop. The geometric, ringed stems on the coupes beautifully mirror the tiered, architectural Art Deco lines of this pleated fan vase.
They make a spectacular, color-coordinated retro bar display or tablescape vignette when paired together!
