Elegant pair of vintage Mikasa porcelain ginger jars featuring a beautiful green-and-white chinoiserie design. Each hexagonal jar is decorated with delicate Asian-inspired landscape scenes depicting mountains, trees, water, architectural elements, and figures.
The removable lids have a distinctive pagoda-style silhouette with ribbed detailing and striped finials, giving the pair wonderful architectural presence. Floral scrollwork borders the upper body, while the soft celadon-green palette creates a fresh, sophisticated look.
These jars are especially well suited for Palm Beach, Hollywood Regency, Grandmillennial, Chinoiserie, Regency, or traditional interiors. Beautiful displayed together on a console, mantel, bookshelf, dining room sideboard, or entry table.
