There's a particular warmth to bentwood — the way steamed and curved timber holds a soft, continuous line no straight-cut frame ever quite manages. This chair leans into that quality fully, the molded wood frame curving in one fluid, unbroken gesture around the seat.
Newly reupholstered in a two-tone mohair, the fabric's subtle shift in shade plays off the curve of the frame, adding depth without competing with it.
Pair available, priced and sold individually. Made in Italy, mid-1970s.
