The chair features a woven cane seat and back, straight armrests, an upright profile, and striking angled legs. Its geometric construction and combination of wood and cane are reminiscent of mid-century Chandigarh modernist furniture and designs associated with Pierre Jeanneret.

With its comfortable dining-height seat, the chair works beautifully as an accent chair, occasional chair, desk chair, or statement armchair.

The wooden frame has attractive natural variation and age-appropriate character, complemented by the lighter natural cane.
