Bring late 19th-century elegance into your home with this stunning Victorian Eastlake style marble-top dresser, circa 1880s. Beautifully crafted from a mix of rich walnut and highly figured burl walnut drawer fronts, this piece showcases the quintessential geometric incised carvings, structural symmetry, and architectural crown detailing characteristic of the Eastlake movement.
The dresser features a gorgeous, heavy rosy-brown variegated marble top in excellent condition, sitting over a versatile drawer layout—two small drawers over two spacious full-width drawers. All drawers are adorned with their original, highly detailed brass swing pulls and ornate escutcheons.
The upper section boasts a large, clear center mirror featuring elegant beveled edges that capture and catch the light beautifully. Flanking the mirror are two beautifully carved candle stilt shelves, perfect for showcasing small accents or collectibles. The entire piece retains its original warm patina and sits on its original casters for easy placement. A truly remarkable statement piece perfect for a bedroom, grand entryway, or as a unique vanity.
