For your consideration is a stunning antique Victorian Burmese art glass vase, dating to the late 19th century (circa 1880s-1890s). This gorgeous cabinet piece features the classic shaded salmon-pink to creamy yellow gradient with a beautiful matte satin finish and an elegant ruffled, scalloped rim.
Formulated with uranium oxide, it exhibits a spectacular, highly vibrant neon-green fluorescence under a UV/blacklight (as pictured). The base features a polished, hand-ground pontil mark showing its mouth-blown craftsmanship. It still retains a vintage paper auction/estate lot label (#152) on the bottom.
