My grandparents owned an antique shop in Pittsburgh PA so I really don’t know where they found these. They are very unique and I’m sure hand made. The background appears to be a crinkled paper or tissue paper. All types of shells and sea life are arranged to make up a beautiful collage depicting ocean life. My favorite thing about them is the deep sides of the outer shadow box try hat are covered in tiny shells. Very pretty and great conversation pieces. See less
