It Still retains it Original Yellow Paint with Stencil Decorated Features on all 4 Sides. One Side Advertises the Maker - Reads RELIABLE EGG CARRIER MANUFACTURED BY THE RELIABLE INCUBATOR & BROODER CO. QUINCY ILLINOIS PATENTED 1897. The Other 3 Sides are Interestingly Decorated with Advertising that Reads CHARLES E. LYNCH SPRINGFIELD'S PROGRESSIVE CLOTHIER CHAMPION OF LOW PRICES 363 - 367 - 369 MAIN ST. It has a Heavy Gauge Steel wire Swing Mounted Carrier Mounted with a Wood Handle. Its Naturally Aged Worn and Weathered Condition Indicates that it has Been Used Extensively Over the Years Giving it that Wonderful Patina the Cannot be Duplicated. It would be Uniquely Decorative in a Rustic Americana Country Primitive Kitchen Etc. Setting.
