Late 19th century mahogany and brass campaign shelf from England.
This is a fabulous shelf which breaks down into flat pieces for travel on a military campaign. The shelf has a beautifully scalloped decorative crested rail on the top shelf, adding a bit of pizazz to an otherwise simple shelf.
There are three mahogany shelves, all with inlay across the front edges of the shelves, separated by turned brass shelf supports, decorated with finials on the top and bell shaped feet on the base.
This is a beautiful piece which will look fantastic in any home or office.
