Antique Old Paris Porcelain 14.5” Punch Bowl Hand Painted Fruit Flowers Pink Gold
Description
Beautiful antique large porcelain punch bowl, believed to be Old Paris/French porcelain, featuring elaborate hand-painted fruit and floral decoration on a lovely pink/lavender ground.
The exterior is decorated all the way around with colorful apples, pears, plums, flowers and foliage, accented by gold trim along the upper rim and foot. The different fruit arrangements make the bowl attractive from virtually every angle. The interior is white with gold decoration around the rim.
A particularly impressive large example measuring approximately 14-1/2 inches in diameter and 5-3/4 inches high.
The bowl is unmarked, and I do not see an artist’s signature. There appears to be a very faint impression or mark on the underside, but I cannot identify it with certainty.
In nice antique condition overall with typical age-related wear, including some wear to the gold decoration and minor surface/usage wear. Please review all photographs closely for condition and details.
A beautiful large decorative piece of antique porcelain that displays exceptionally well.
