Handcrafted in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, this heavy piece features detailed layered scales, an open mouth design, and an elegantly swept dorsal fin and tail.

Unlike standard modern aluminum, traditional Mexican pewter features a rich, slightly matte luster with a deeper gray tone, giving it a classic antiqued appearance. It makes a stunning catchall tray on a sideboard, a unique vessel for cocktail garnishes, or a striking piece of wall decor for a coastal or eclectic interior. The bottom still retains its original vintage foil import/retail label reading "Hecho en Mexico - Guadalajara, Jal." See less
