This is a charming collectible Department 56 Snowbabies #68812, titled "Which Way's Up?" (from the Winter Tales of Snowbabies series). Introduced in May 1996 and retired short time later in December of 1997. Features a signature bisque porcelain Snowbaby holding another companion upside down, accompanied by a curious penguin looking up.
Comes with original green box.
In excellent vintage condition . No issues.
