I believe this is a beautiful piece of glossy blue double handle art pottery and is in the style of Zanesville or Ohio Pottery. You can see many examples of this shape in the Zanesville Stoneware Company Identification and Value Guide by John Rans, Glenn Ralston and Nate Russell. Has glaze blips (which seems common for the gloss blue glazes from ZSC) and a few tiny flecks of house paint. Some scuffs and small light scratches from years of use and wear perhaps, but no real damage such as chips and cracks. Please see photos for best details for both identification and condition.
