Here is a charming vintage wicker and rattan side table featuring wonderfully detailed woven construction and a softly aged white painted finish. Dating to around the mid-20th century, the table has a tightly woven round top framed by a substantial braided border and an open lattice skirt with a playful scalloped edge.
The rattan frame features wrapped, gently curved legs joined by a circular lower stretcher with a particularly lovely woven flower or starburst design at its center. Braided trim, latticework and layered woven details give the table wonderful texture from every angle. The scalloped woven skirt is an especially lovely detail, giving this little table wonderful personality and making it feel particularly special.
The white painted finish has developed areas of wear with warm natural wicker and rattan showing through, giving the piece a relaxed, collected character. A wonderful little table for a sunroom, bedroom or living space, and especially well suited to coastal, cottage and traditional interiors.

There is visible wear and loss to the original white painted finish throughout, along with some aging, small breaks and losses to the wrapped rattan, particularly near the lower legs.
