Art Deco nightstands, Poland, c. 1930 – professionally restored
An elegant pair of Art Deco nightstands, made in Poland around 1930. The pieces feature the harmonious, geometric form characteristic of the era and striking walnut burl veneer; the highly decorative natural grain pattern serves as the primary visual highlight. The tops are finished with black glass inserts.
The nightstands feature a cabinet with a door and a pull-out drawer positioned above it.
The cabinet interiors are fitted with original porcelain liners—a rare hygienic feature found in this type of pre-war bedroom furniture.
The nightstands have undergone professional restoration.
