The Luigi Filippo walnut étagère is distinguished by the elegance of its molded top, supported by shaped legs with refined leaf carvings and fruit motifs. The molded base houses an intermediate shelf, while the bun feet complete the structure. The upper section, featuring a shelf supported by shaped and carved scrolls and curls, is topped by a pierced crest with a central face and decorative motifs. This creation, dating back to the second quarter of the 19th century in Italy, represents an excellent example of Luigi Filippo era craftsmanship. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
