This set includes six side chairs and two captain's chairs, all built on Leon Rosen's signature flat-bar chrome frame for The Pace Collection, the kind of architectural, no-nonsense silhouette that made Pace the more glamorous chic alternative to Knoll, back when everyone with money and taste was furnishing like it mattered.

Rosen didn't do fussy. These chairs are all clean angles and polished chrome, the kind of quietly confident design that doesn't need to shout to steal the room. The captain's chairs bring subtle armrests into the mix for the head of table crowd ~ while the six side chairs keep the line uninterrupted around the table. Together they whisper hollywood glam in a structured, polished way.

Freshly reupholstered in a chocolate Rohleder velvet so plush it borders on edible, this set has been given new life without losing an ounce of its original 1970's swagger.. The chrome is sharp, the velvet is deep, and the whole set now looks ready for its second (or third) act.

We currently have this set paired with a Paul Evans Cityscape dining table and not only do they make a statement, they really steal the show. These chrome framed chairs-- either by Milo Baughman, Leon Rosen, or even Gabriella Crespi are often imitated, but never duplicated-- these are the design legacies that are perennially chic!.
