A broad, flat rim in saturated tomato red is framed by a fine white line and edged on the outer margin with a deep cobalt blue stripe. A second cobalt ring, narrower and slightly softer in tone, defines the transition into the well, where a crisp white glaze sweeps across the center. The bands were applied by hand, and slight variations in the pigment's density and the soft edges of the cobalt confirm the artisan's brush. The plate has a substantial, generous profile with a wide rim and a shallow, gently dished well. Its surface carries a high-gloss glaze that deepens the red and blue and reflects light across the white field, giving the piece a clean, polished finish.
