Beautiful pair of French Louis XV-style nightstands / end tables, circa 1940s. Crafted with richly figured wood and decorative inlay, each table is topped with a beautifully patterned marble slab in warm cream, rose, and earthy tones.
The fronts feature elegant bronze/brass decorative mounts, contrasting wood inlay, and slender tapered legs with metal sabots. Each nightstand offers a small upper drawer and a cabinet door that opens to reveal additional interior storage.
Their curved silhouettes, detailed woodwork, and marble tops give this pair a refined Old World character. Beautiful as bedside tables, end tables, or accent cabinets.
Stamped “FRANCE.”
