This vintage metal and wood lidded box brings together a sleek metal top and rich dark wood base in a compact, versatile design. The rectangular form is finished with a warm, consistent patina and a practical metal handle, while the subtle wood grain and precise joinery add depth and craftsmanship. Ideal for storing small keepsakes, jewelry, desk essentials, or remote controls, it also works beautifully as a decorative accent on a coffee table, console, bookshelf, or entryway surface. Its understated mid-century character suits both collected traditional interiors and more streamlined contemporary spaces.
Measuring 6 inches wide by 3.25 inches deep by 3 inches high, this box offers useful storage without taking up much room. The metal lid has minor surface scratches and the wooden base shows light scuffing along the edges, all consistent with age and careful use. The piece remains structurally sound with no visible repairs or significant damage, and its honest vintage patina gives the box distinctive character.
