Crafted in France, this handsome piece features three mechanical brass-rimmed dials beautifully mounted onto a solid oak wood plaque.The vertical trio features a thermometer at the top (measuring Celsius and Fahrenheit), a central hygrometer for tracking humidity levels, and a traditional forecast barometer at the base featuring classic typography ("Stormy," "Rain," "Change," "Fair," "Very Dry"). The crisp, cream-colored dials are elegantly detailed, with "Made in France" subtly stamped on the top face.An exceptional accent piece for a study, library, gallery wall, or mid-century modern living space. Acquired from an estate reported to have remained largely sealed and untouched since 1964, with the contents believed to predate that year.
