Perhaps this artwork resembles a Lee Bontecou style of work with a central vortex and a lot of visual movement extending from its center.

In its original chrome frame behind glass and a mat.
The artwork has not been taken out of its frame and appears to be in good condition. Some wavy areas where the print paper meets the mat.
The chrome frame has some minor wear.
