This vintage green pedestal glass vase, likely dating to the mid-20th century, pairs a softly rounded bowl with a cylindrical base for a balanced, elevated silhouette. Made from translucent green glass in a gentle, uniform tone, it brings color and understated character to a tabletop, shelf, mantel, or curated display. The smooth surface retains its original finish, with a fine age-related patina that complements the glass without compromising its clarity. Its clean lines and restrained Mid-Century Modern character make it an adaptable accent for both decorative and functional use, whether arranged with cut stems or displayed as a sculptural vessel on its own.
Measuring 5.75 inches wide by 5.75 inches deep and 6.5 inches high, this compact vase has pleasing proportions and a stable pedestal form. The glass remains clear with a subtle patina appropriate to its age, while minor surface scratches are visible on close inspection but remain unobtrusive. Structurally sound and free of visible chips or cracks, it preserves the simple elegance and practical appeal of a well-kept vintage glass accent.
