Bring Old World glamour and Hollywood Regency flair to your vanity with this vintage Italian Florentine–style wooden jewelry box. Crafted in Japan during the mid-20th century, this octagonal multi-tiered chest features a rich turquoise/teal paint finish accented by gold gilt leaf scrollwork, intricate borders, and antique bronze–tone drop loop handles.
Key Features & Layout:
Top Lidded Compartment: Hinged lid opens to reveal a built-in vanity mirror and a plush red velvet organizer tray with ring slots and divider compartments. Mirror is cracked.
Three Stacked Drawers: Three pull-out, red velvet-lined drawers provide generous storage for necklaces, bracelets, and statement pieces.
Octagonal Silhouette: Elegant faceted shape embellished with distressed gold gilding along the edges and sides.
Provenance: Stamped "Box Made in Japan" on the underside.
