The rich mahogany surface highlights four drawers with inlaid banding, brass pulls, characteristic of United Kingdom furniture making in the edwardian tradition, of the edwardian period. Its surface and joinery bear the honest, gradual wear of genuine age rather than a manufactured distress, evidence of a long working life already lived. A piece this age has already been loved by more than one household, and it is ready to be loved by another. It is one of the better decisions you can make for the planet as well as your home, since furniture built this solidly rarely needs replacing. It is well suited to a bedroom dresser. See less
