Three … Read more Unique 1960's brutalist welded solid brass wall mount lantern. The top and bottom are embellished with abstract foliate/floral elements. Three open (no glass) apertures enclose three brass "candles" with gold drips. While unmarked - we attribute this piece to Tom Greene based it's construction, design, and materials.

Measures 35" high x 21" wide x 11" deep.

From the sixties through seventies every rat pack home had lighting designed by Tom Greene. Originally a dental prosthetics and jewelry designer - he initially crafted these fixtures in his garage on weekends for Monteverde Young and Feldman Brothers. Soon his work was in demand by the best of the best. Including being featured in the first television season of Star Trek. Ken went on to have a long career as a renowned lighting designer. 

In excellent vintage condition - there are no structural issues of note. Brass has a patina indicative of its age and use. Original wiring has not been tested. See less
