Rare antique Wedgwood solid black jasperware full-size Portland Vase with the traditional white “Marriage of Peleus and Thetis" (undraped version) and Paris wearing a Phrygian Cap at the bottom relief. There is no visible damage of any kind, just normal age-appropriate wear. Please review all the attached pics for full details. All questions are encouraged and welcome.
Dimensions: H = 10 1/4”, top/W/bottom(Dia) = 3 3/4" / 7 1/2" / 5 1/4".
The vase is marked: “WEDGWOOD” (only) and other potter marks; mid-19th Century.
