Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown pink and blue twisting ribbons Italian art glass fazzoletto / handkerchief vase. The piece has been created in the manner of designer Fulvio Bianconi, and the Fratelli Toso and Venini companies. It has a beautiful color combination, with thin lines of pink Zanfirico glass, alternating with a thicker sky blue and copper aventurine flecks twisting Latticino ribbons. It created a very nice pattern. There are 3 pulled points on the rim, and pinched along the edge. It also has a flat polished base, but I do not see a signature. Would make a great accent piece for any desk, vanity or curio cabinet. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Mid-century era. Measures: 4 1/4" tall x 5 1/4" long x 5" wide.
