An elegant Art Deco desk from the 1930s, featuring the softly rounded lines typical of Streamline Moderne.
The compact body is finished with beautifully grained walnut and burl veneer. The rounded side drawers and the largely closed, flowing front design are particularly decorative. The slightly projecting, also rounded, writing surface echoes the horizontal lines of the piece.
The desk has a wide central drawer and several drawers arranged along the sides. A lockable compartment with a shelf is located in the lower center section. The decorative metal fittings provide a beautiful contrast to the warm tone of the walnut veneer.
Thanks to its relatively compact dimensions, the desk is suitable both as a classic work table and as an elegant standalone piece in living rooms or offices.
