Stunning antique Royal Vienna style porcelain cabinet plate. Measuring a generous 10.5 inches in diameter, this exquisite piece features a beautifully hand-detailed central portrait reproducing Thomas Gainsborough’s celebrated 1785 masterpiece, "The Morning Walk" (depicting Mr. and Mrs. William Hallett).
The central painting is framed by a rich, vibrant sky-blue border heavily accented with delicate raised gold-gilt stylized leaf and dot patterns. The reverse features the classic underglaze blue beehive (Bindenschild) mark alongside the title "MORNING WALK" stamped in red block lettering, indicative of fine late 19th-century or early 20th-century European porcelain production.
