The "Concord" brand flasks were crafted by notable mid-century Sheffield metal workshops during a boom in traditional pewter barware. The sleek, minimalist rectangular body coupled with the traditional round, un-hinged screw cap strongly aligns with post-WWII British barware design trends. The shift toward bright, highly-polished lead-free "English Pewter" became the standard for usable pocket flasks during this exact era.
