Antique leather and oak chair with tufted upholstery.
This piece features a carved oak frame with scrolled armrests. The backrest is made up of deep button tufts and the leather is affixed to the frame with a nailhead trim. The chair sits on two carved, cabriole clawfoot legs in the front and two curved, but less ornate, legs in the back. Metal rods affixed to the legs, forming a series of triangles, provide an extra level of stability.
