Each substantial piece is cut into a bold, angular form that highlights the marble’s naturally varied character, with deep forest and moss greens interwoven with black, grey and earthy veining. Connemara marble is prized for its remarkably individual coloration, created in part by the presence of serpentine minerals; no two sections of the stone are exactly alike.
