Discovered at a beautiful estate here in Florida, this pair of hand-painted table lamps is an absolute joy. They were manufactured in November 2005 (clearly dated on the bottom stickers, item MA1-NV13) and feature a sculptural, beautifully detailed twist silhouette. They are crafted from a durable composite polyresin rather than heavy clay, giving them a manageable weight and excellent structural durability while perfectly holding the deep molded details. The hand-painted candy stripes are finished in a cheerful, glossy palette of sunny yellow, rich crimson red, and a soft royal blue.The design is a fantastic blend of styles. It heavily pulls from the classic, whimsical look of MacKenzie-Childs, but it also nods to vintage Italian majolica pottery—especially with those green, rope-twist moldings at the neck and base. To make things even better, both lamps still have their original matching swirled finials, which is a rare find for estate lighting.They have that perfect "Palm Beach chic" or Grandmillennial energy that instantly brightens up a room. Physically, they are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks in the glossy finish. Electronically, they work perfectly with clean brass sockets and handy white in-line switches built right into the cords. They take a standard bulb up to 100 watts. Shades aren't included, so you have total freedom to pair them with whatever fits your space best.

The hand-painted colorful finishes are bright and glossy with no chips, cracks, or scuffs anywhere on the sculptural swirl bodies, bases, or matching finials. Because they are a composite material rather than heavy ceramic, they offer excellent durability and a manageable weight while flawlessly mimicking the old-world look of hand-thrown pottery.The original bottom black felt protective pads are completely intact and secure, cleanly preserving the original item code and November 2005 manufacturing stickers. Electronically, both lamps have been tested and are fully operational. The original gold-finished harps and sockets are clean, straight, and tight, showing no signs of corrosion or warping. Both power cords are supple and free of cracks or fraying, and the plastic white in-line toggle switches click on and off smoothly. Ready to plug in and use. Shades are not included."
