The model combines a gently curved seat shell upholstered entirely in black leather with a delicate chrome-plated steel base.

the clean silhouette is largely defined by the continuous shape of the seat and backrest. The shell rises from the seat in a flowing curve to the high backrest and is fully upholstered in black leather. A vertical seam on the back and the neatly finished edges emphasize the minimalist design.

the slender, chrome-plated steel frame provides a beautiful contrast to the dark leather. The side supports are made from a single, bent metal rod and form wide runners on the floor. This construction gives the chair a slight flexibility while sitting – a comfort feature that ikea also highlights in the original product of the bernhard.

condition:
good used condition with signs of age and use. The black leather shows slight creases, pressure marks, and scuffs, as well as a few minor scratches and surface marks. The chrome-plated steel frames also show slight signs of wear.
